Customer Service Officer

Responsibility:

  • Manage concierge counters and provide premier customer services to our residents in residential developments
  • Handle customer enquiries and greet visitors at concierge of lobbies
  • Provide assistance to the clubhouse and property management in daily operations

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferable in property management / hotel management / luxury residential developments
  • Pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and cooperative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Knowledge in MS. Word / MS. Excel is desirable
  • 5.5 days / week with public holiday off
  • Fresh Graduate will be considered
  • Immediate available would be a definite advantage
