Customer Service Officer

  • Job Description:
  • Handle new applications – Create customer account, account verification
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential corporate customers
  • Providing product or service information to assist customers on applying the service
  • Answering telephone calls and handling complaint
  • Maintain a record on customer’s interaction
  • Provide administrative work with sales-related issues.
  • Identify and access customer needs and achieve satisfaction
  • Processing maintaining and follow up customers’ account
  • Filing and maintain the document database
  • Maintain daily performance and productivity of telesales to make sure the sales targets and service level are met

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on customer service
  • Good work attitude and telephone manner
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Attentive to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • PC literate
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
