Customer Service Officer

GS1 Hong Kong Limited

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve membership recruitment and retention via answering inquiries and elaborating on membership values and programs over the phones and emails.
  • Making outbound calls to members introducing new services/activities.
  • Providing administrative and on-site support to membership-related projects, seminars and events.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by managers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in telemarketing/customer service or sales & marketing is a plus,
  • Fresh graduate will be also considered.
  • Pleasant telephone manner with good communication skills and patience.
  • Good written and spoken English and fluent Cantonese, good spoken Mandarin is preferred.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Knowledge in e-commerce and social media is preferred.
  • Well-organized and ability to work independently with sense of ownership.
  • Positive team player, outgoing and detail-minded.
