Customer Service Officer

Job duties :

  • To handle customers' enquiries, complaints and emergency cases
  • To check the patrol report and submit to the management office
  • To manage and maintain the management office routine administration work
  • To perform any other duty as assigned by superior

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum of 2 year' s relevant experience
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and certificate of SGSIA Recognized Training Course of Quality Assurance System Compliance is preferred
  • Uniform and shift duty is required
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft applications, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Customer Service Officer
