Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle sales order administration and shipment arrangement
  • Follow up with customers’ inquiry/ change of demand, payment & product return
  • Obtain customer demand plan and develop support plan with related departments to provide prompt and quality services
  • Processing orders and following up the order status with customers
  • Handle customer enquiries on phone or through emails
  • Customer satisfaction, billing and on time delivery enforcement and measurement

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years relevant working experience in order processing, export trade, logistic practice, and communications for international customers.
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and working attitude
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Good Computer Skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
