Handle outbound call to clients and perform customer service related duties.
• The role is in Customer Contact Centre and required to perform outbound call to clients in offering service as well as handling incoming phone inquiries from clients with excellent and professional customer service manner.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation of customer contact center functions.
• F.5 or equivalent
• Better to have outbound experience, outgoing and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Good telephone manner and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
