Customer Service officer

  • Work with the sales team to expand the market for new solutions
  • Assist sales team to manage all-round daily operation
  • Provide interactive customers’ orders follow up, commercial & logistic support to customers and complete all front line sales administration tasks
  • Directly communicate with customer and manage customer’s expectations on order progress and unexpected situation, under the knowledge of responsible Sales Personnel
  • Handle and resolve customers’ problems & complaints independently
  • Coordinate with multiple external parties (customers, logistic partners, etc.) and internal teams (engineering, production, R&D, marketing, etc.) to ensure superior product & service delivery



  • Academic qualification: higher diploma or above
  • Hands-on PC skills, SAP and Oracle
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years commercial experience in a business-to business environment, especially in sales orders follow-up
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
