You will be the primary contact to assist customers in onboarding their subscribed Cloud Computing services and to provide them with great and friendly service provisioning support.  You will learn the service provisioning knowledge about the latest Cloud Computing products from Microsoft. You will work in a smart and friendly company culture to deliver, to support and to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and process orders for Cloud Computing service subscriptions
  • Coordinate service provision for customer orders using an integrated Business Support System as well as vendor ordering platforms
  • Properly follow the prescribed procedures and workflows to complete the tasks accurately according to internal and external committed timelines and service levels
  • Assign, monitor and escalate dispatched tasks to technical teams and vendors related to service provision till completion
  • Provide first-level customer service, hotline and billing support to the customers
  • Manage customer documents & provide document retrieval support
  • Assist in reporting operations performance and service level results
  • Assist in operation and customer analysis, implementing and testing initiatives for continuous system / operation improvement and service excellence



  • F.5 or above in any discipline
  • Min. 1 year relevant experience in customer order provision and service contract administration is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • A warm, approachable and helpful manner
  • Passionate, agile, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook is a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
