Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality and professional hotline service to customers from all channels
  • Optimize customer service systems and processes
  • Analyze the data, write reports, and provide solutions
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer problems
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • F7 above, or other recognized insurance qualification
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Familiar with the workflow and procedures of call center operation
  • Experience in customer service system process optimization
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is much preferred

Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Customer Service Officer
