Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing
  • Handle account opening and to perform KYC & AML checking
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
  • Follow up client enquiries
  • Prepare dealing administrations and reports
  • Liaise with other teams on securities trading issues
  • To perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 2-3 years customer services experience in license corporation
  • Holder of SFC license for Type 1 regulated activity
  • Good understanding on HK securities products
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
