Responsibilities:  

  • Handle customer enquiries through hotline, email and online chats in a timely, polite and proactive manner
  • Perform loyalty card data entry and general clerical support to the department

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / F.7 or above
  • At least 2 years experience in handling customer service hotline, preferably in retail / service industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese & English word processing
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner as well as good communication and problem solving skills
