  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls and provide consistently high-quality customer service in each call
  • Provide high quality service to our customers and help resolve their queries at first contact where possible
  • Listen to our customers, understand their needs and offer relevant products, services and solutions
  • Maintain appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities

Qualifications

  • College Graduate or College Undergrad with at least 1 year banking call centre experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Excellent customer-serving manner, communication and problem solving skills
