Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Handle online and phone-in enquiry on trade finance products
  • Facilitate client to adopt FinTech platform
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
  • Provide support in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in customer service area is preferred
  • Multi-tasking skill and work closely with internal departments
  • Detail-minded, energetic and with strong team spirit
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet knowledge
