Job Responsibility

  • Handle front desk duties including check in/out, registration, cashier, reservations
  • Handle enquiries and complaints
  • Follow up on maintenance works
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Maintain good relationship with in-house guests

Requirement

  • Degree Holder, preference in Real Estate or Hotel Management
  • Passion in working at the Serviced Apartment
  • Self-motivated, humble and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese /English/ Mandarin
  • Able to work on shift
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered for junior role
  • Customer Service experience is more than 3-year, applicant will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
