Customer Service Officer

High Technology Printing Group Limited

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Follow up customer enquiries
  • Liaise with the Group’s back up team, production team and/or report to the senior/management regarding the jobs

Requirements :

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, detail oriented, sense of responsibility
  • Hard-working and able to work under pressure
  • Good PC knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Trainee
  • Immediate availability preferred
