Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and greet guest
  • Prepare letters, quotations, tenders and contracts
  • Prepare regular report
  • Handle data entry processing and update database
  • Perform general clerical duties

Job Requirements :

  • F.5 or above
  • 2 years or above working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Customer Service Officer
