Role & Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers for good services to customer
• Coordinate with subcontractors to organize pickup and delivery
• Coordinate with sales team for Logistics quotation
• Issue invoice to customers as per the quotation
• Provide related reports to customers (according to each individual SOP/agreement)
• Monitor and update storage status, report to manager for any issue
• Other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in freight forwarding, logistics, customer services or related disciplines
  • Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and EXCEL
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry
  • Customer caring and can sustain good relationship with customers 
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Exposure of Cargowise would be an added advantage.
