Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaint promptly with courteous manner and professionalism
  • Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and handle administrative duties of the team
  • Log and update customer information into systems according to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above with 2 - 3 years CS experience in call center
  • Strong customer service skills and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant, customer oriented, good communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
