Customer Service Officer
Principal responsibilities:
- Delivers professional customer service through answering enquires by phone and email
- Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal departments when necessary
- Perform data entry and validation checking
- Review duties to ensure timely completion and accuracy of daily operation
- Closely work with IT department for software development and testing
- Perform ad-hoc project and assignment
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline
- Holder of SFC RA1 is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years' of relevant experience; with knowledge of securities industry products is an advantage, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Strong customer service sense, with good communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese with conversational Mandarin
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
