Customer Service Officer

Victory Securities Company Limited

Principal responsibilities:

  • Delivers professional customer service through answering enquires by phone and email
  • Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal departments when necessary
  • Perform data entry and validation checking
  • Review duties to ensure timely completion and accuracy of daily operation
  • Closely work with IT department for software development and testing
  • Perform ad-hoc project and assignment

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline
  • Holder of SFC RA1 is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years'  of relevant experience; with knowledge of securities industry products is an advantage, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Strong customer service sense, with good communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese with conversational Mandarin
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
