Customer Service Officer

Eddid Securities and Futures Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Handle new account opening, perform KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information
  • Provide quality customer services and handle all client's enquiries and feedback
  • Support clients and Dealing Team to execute trading orders of Hong Kong/others stocks markets
  • Handle trade settlement in a professional manner & all business related application
  • Offer support services to a client base covering Hong Kong and PRC & Overseas market

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • 3-5 years experience in customer services, preferably in the fields of banking and finance
  • Fluency in Mandarin and good command of English and Chinese
  • Good team player with Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Holder of SFC Type 1 & 2 licenses is preferred but not a must
  • Knowledge of Ayers Front and Back office trading operating platform will be an advantage
  • Native mandarin speaker or IANG is preferred;
