Job Description:

  • Handling and providing good customer support
  • Provisioning of accounts, be required to operate in-house software
  • Assisting clients in how-to answers and providing information to enquiries
  • Ability to follow cases and ensure proper handling of tickets


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken Cantonese and English 
  • knowledgable and proficient in computer office software
  • customer oriented, self motivated, work under pressure, and committed
