Customer Service Officer

Changjiang Securities International Financial Group Limited

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle clients' enquires on account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service skills
  • Assist in client on-boarding and document checking processes Handle KYC, CDD and AML review
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer network through effective relationship management
  • Handle general clerical duties and provide daily administrative support
  • Engage with other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in business related disciplines
  • 1 to 2 years’ working experience, preferably in banking or securities brokerage industry
  • Qualified to be registered as SFC Representative in Type 1 and 2 regulated activities
  • Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Self-motivate, and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of verbal & written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
