1.Handle clients' enquires on account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service skills;
2.Perform KYC to comply with SFC for account opening procedures;
3.Handle enquiries from frontline and internal departments;
4.Provide quality and professional customer service to client and sales including order placing.


1.Degree holder or above;
2.Possesses SFC RA1 license;
3.2 years customer service experience in brokerage firm;
4.Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
5.High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua;
6.Energetic, creative, well-organized and attentive to details.

( Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer )
