Responsibilities:

  • To assist in account-opening procedures
  • To provide customer services, handle customer enquiries and related tasks support to clients
  • To provide settlement operational support and Major in Corporate Action Processing

Requirements:

  • Secondary Education
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in securities industry. Familiar with Ayers Back Office will be an advantage
  • Holder of SFC License (RA1) is a must
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and be a team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
