As our CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER, you will have to:

  • Perform all-round receptionist duties including greeting and offering assistance to all kinds of guests and students attentively, handling incoming calls, enquiries and complaints professionally at Jockey Club Kitchee Centre;
  • Assist services at Reception, Tuck Shop, Kiosk, Cafeteria Cashier, and for any other indoor or outdoor functions whenever necessary, to ensure smooth daily operations of the Centre;
  • Carry out basic general administrative duties such as data entry, procurement of office supplies, etc.;
  • Support events of the Club by assisting logistics and pitch set-up, arranging amenities and jerseys, providing on-site support on match days, academy trials, etc.;
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned, including assisting in the implementation of anti-epidemic precautionary regulations.

REACH US OUT if you are equipped with:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, catering function, hospitality industry, or administration.
  • A flexible, proactive and customer-service-oriented attitude;
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills;
  • Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good level of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Willingness to work on roster basis and for outdoor functions;

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
