  • Assist in developing and maintaining business relationship with existing and potential clients by providing professional and quality services
  • Deal with complaint case from customer
  • Handle cold call for potential customer for company offer
  • Handle hotline enquiries from customer
  • Other ad-hoc duty as assigned


  • Diploma or above
  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or telemarketing
  • Knowledge in call centre operations, workflow and procedure on Hotline Operation specific is highly preferred
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English, proficient in Putonghua speaking is an advance
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered as Customer Service Assistant
