Customer Service Officer/Executive (Full time/ Part time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customers' enquiries and provide accurate information via online system
  • Provide attractive recommendation to customers according to their needs in order to ensure customers' satisfaction.
  • Report customers' feedback and suggest constructive ideas to senior management for services improvement.
  • Support the operation of other customer services channels such as email, online chat and hotline enquiries.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Support general clerical and customer enquires

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and eager to assist customers of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
