Our client is a famous International Education Centre located in A grade office building with over 20 staffs. They are now looking for a Customer Service & Operation Executive to support their business.
The candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the education centre. He or she will need to provide excellent customer service at all time and ensuring all customers and parents are having a good experience. Daily duties will include marketing activities, handling complaints, managing schedules, arranging manpower, and various admin, CS, and management related duties.
The idea candidate must speak and write excellent English and able to thrive in an international environment. He or she must have work experience related with kids AND customer service. Most prefer with working experience in Education Centre. Ability to supervise admin staffs effectively is strongly preferred.
