Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service support including handling incoming calls for elevator emergency repair service
  • Recording and updating data
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the department

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year experience in customer service field, experience in Hotline / Call Centre is a definite advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
