Customer Service/ Order Management

Smart Modular Technologies (LX) S.A. R.L.

IMPORTANT:  This will be a 6-month contracted job opportunity with chances to extend into a permanent employment after contract completed ( subject to employee's performance and management approval)

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • SO management - support internal Customer Service team on Sale Order (SO) management activities ( new SO creation, existing SO pull-in , push-out, cancellation etc.)
  • System and data maintenance – receive customer data from Electronic Manufacturers via emails/spreadsheets and load into SAP system timely with high data integrity.
  • Shipment arrangements - work with Warehouse Team to arrange daily shipments upon customer shipments’ CRD (Customer Requested Date)
  • Basic data analysis – follow internal process to perform necessary analysis based on available supply chain data and come out with regular reports using standard format.

 REQUIREMENTS:

Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel as day to day tools of work;
  • Must have experience of using common functions of Excel including PivotTable, Vlookup etc.
  • Proficiency in written English is a must.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry OR Electronic Engineering is a plus.
  • Knowledge in MRP logic and experience  in using one of the reputed MRP systems ( SAP preferred) is a great plus;
