One of the most leading financial services advisory firm is now seeking for an Customer Services Officer to provide B2B customer services to their existing clients. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing customer services to clients across the APAC region. This is an overnight shift position, you will be required to work from 9 pm - 6 am or 10 pm - 7 am, 5 days work week only.

The chosen candidate will sit in their call centre acting as an Investor Services Officer providing professional customer services and advisory to B2B customers across the APAC region.
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin is required
