Job Requirements

  • 3 + years working experience in Customer Service/Client Servicing field
  • Excellent English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication skills and written skills
  • Cheerful, detail-minded, patient and a good team player
  • Out-standing interpersonal and problem solving skills, attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS office application
