Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring each one of our valued customers is professionally serviced with a smile!
  • Managing customer bookings, requests, complaints and queries via phone, email and in-person
  • Operating the front desk Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Booking system
  • Support and assist in daily operations and maintenance of the reception and waiting area
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, and may need to promote and sell products by identifying customers' needs
