Our client is a one of the listed telecom service providers in Hong Kong, they are expanding the hotline inbound and outbound CS team in office Call center.


Position : Customer Service Officer - (Call Center / Hotline – inbound / Membership Service)-no need cold call

Requirements :

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • With 1 year customer service experience in call center or hotline is preferable, Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • Good spoken in Cantonese & English
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and enjoy helping people
  • Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
