Customer Service Representative – Customer Service (5 days work)

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing service excellence to customers by processing orders, quotes and assisting customers with catalog information, always maintaining and exhibiting Mouser values to every customer.


Accountabilities

  • Processes the customer’s order, quote, etc by entering into company systems timely and accurately.
  • Researches and expedites customer requests. Monitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements, verifies customer requests are processed correctly. Confirms special handling orders are expedited.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise in advance.
  • Provide customers with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with offering associated products and promotional items
  • Expands product knowledge utilizing all available sources.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate and maintains quality expectations.


Education

  • College high diploma holder or above

Qualifications, Skills & Certifications

  • 4 years' working experience, preferably in customer service sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner
  • Fast chinese character typing
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Fluent in Putonghua is must.
