Customer Service Representative (5 days work)

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui, 5 days work per week, 10 days annual leave, Medical and Dental insurance


  • Answer and handle enquiries regarding products, orders, delivery, stock and price
  • Communicate with member to maintain good relationship and solving problem proactively
  • Provide administrative and warehouse support, and data input in daily operation
  • Effectively identify customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct report for data analyze


  • Matriculated or above
  • Minimum 1 year direct sales relevant working experience is preferred
  • Mature, proactive, helpful and customer oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, be a good team player with positive attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken, English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
