Customer Service Representative ( 5 days work)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer’s enquiries, complaints of Pre-sales and After-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner

Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High Diploma or above

2-3 years of work experience in customer service field

Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately

Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing

Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good at English and Chinese typing

Immediate available is preferred

Fresh Graduate will also be considered

Job Offers:

Stable working hours (From 9am-6pm, Mon to Fri)
