Customer Service Representative/ Assistant Manager (Fitness Centre)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Assistant Manager who is a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience is not necessarily required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are!  

 Job description:

  • Passionate about health or fitness 
  • Record class schedules and bookings 
  • Assist club manager in daily operations and perform ad hoc duties 
  • Maintain a positive engagement with club members 
  • Respond phone and email enquiry 


  • Degree holder or above 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of English and Chinese 
  • Minimum 2 year working experience, but fitness experience is not required
  • First Aid and/or CPR Certification (Can be obtained later)
