Customer Service Representative, Banking-Wealth Management

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily transaction of various banking products via phone banking platform;
  • Handle customer equities and complaints over phone;
  • Assist FRM account opening and check information;
  • Call out clients for investment reminders such as stop loss or take profit or pricing hit according to client requests.

Requirement:

  • Form 6 graduate or above;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in banking or investment industries;
  • Have basic knowledge of mutual fund, stock, bond, insurance, currency or personal investment experience is preferred;
  • Holder of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) license;
  • Customer-oriented and strong communication skills;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and native Mandarin is a must;
  • Immediately available is preferable.
