Job Description

  • Provide customer service and inquiries via phone
  • Handle customers’ web and software issues
  • In-house training provided

Skills & Requirements

  • HKCEE or HKDSC holder or above
  • English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Experience in CS preferred. Fresh graduate welcome
  • Able to perform shift duty between 9am and 7pm on Monday to Saturday,  40 working hours per week.
