Customer Service Representative (Call Centre)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone banking enquiries
  • Provide administrative support in call centre

Requirements:

  • At least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English Language and passed in IIQE Examination preferred
  • 1 year’s customer service experience preferred
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills, with proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Shift duty required
  • Working location : Kwai Hing
