Reponsibilities :

  • Handling inbound & outbound services calls on CS issues including enquiries and payment reminders

Requirements :

  • Form 5 or above, at least 1 year CS or call centre experience preferable
  • Patient, mature team player and good communication skills
  • Immediate available preferable
  • No shift duty required
