Job Description

Work as an ambassador to handle incoming communications via different channels, including but not limited to calls, emails, letters or text chat. Promote the products and services of the Bank's and achieve the targets of calling programmes. Develop product knowledge continuously in order to accelerate the completion of knowledge base. Assist with ad hoc projects when assigned.


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure;
  • Mature, presentable, able to work independently and attentive to details;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
