Our client is a multinational company that is famous for their fast and reliable services in the logistics industry. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.



  • Responsible for providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients via telephone and email.
  • Handle customer enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing
  • Solve the problems and complaints from customers.


  • Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent)
  • 1 year+ relevant experience,
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
  • Fresh gradautes are welcome
