Job Description:

  • The position is responsible for handling customer service hotline, providing quality customer services, including handle inquiry & complaint and general administrative work at our service center.

Requirements:

  • Customer Services and Telecommunication experience
  • Good command of written & spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skill

  • 負責客戶服務熱線,提供優質的客戶服務,包括處理顧客對產品維修的查詢和投訴,及一般文職工作。

資歷:

  • 具電訊及客戶服務經驗者優先
  • 良好粵語,英語及普通話
  • 積極主動,有上進心及有良好溝通技巧

待遇:5天工作、全職員工有酌情性花紅,超時津貼及醫療福利、公眾假期休息、年假12日
