  • Deliver qualities pre-sales and post sale customer services
  • Handle inquiry & complaint through phone and email
  • Perform general administrative work


  • F.5 or above
  • Experience in the customer services/ Sales support in insurance products is preferred
  • IIQE 1,2,3,5 qualification is a must
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
  • A proactive team player and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Immediate available preferable

About Work:

  • Mon-Sat (Shift duty: 09:00-20:00)
  • Work location: Kwai Chung
