Job Responsibilities:

  • To receive orders from customers, issue official orders, invoices…etc.
  • To follow up order status with the factories
  • To arrange goods delivery to customers
  • To communicate with the customers and Japan Head Office
  • To be responsible for any ad-hoc project as assigned

  Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree
  • 3 years solid working experiences in customer service field and with clerical experience
  • Familiar with MS Office and outlook
  • Japanese language skill is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Pleasant, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
