  • Handle payment data input in system and payment data checking
  • Handle Premium receipt checking and delivery
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operation in cashier service
  • Perform daily counter service to internal and external customer
  • Assist supervisor to complete daily activities at cashier office with turnaround time
  • Ensure quality service incl. ARA provided to external and internal customer


  • Form 5 or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in insurance industry
  • Good service mindset and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills
