Customer Service Representative (Part-time)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is service-oriented with e-commerce knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer enquiries from online business via email
- Initiate out-bound call to handle enquiries in timely manner
- Closely work with different departments for complicated cases
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned
- Provide administrative support to store and warehouse on goods return
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce
- Fast-paced and willing to learn
