Customer Service Representative (Part-time)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is service-oriented with e-commerce knowledge.


  • Responsible for customer enquiries from online business via email
  • Initiate out-bound call to handle enquiries in timely manner
  • Closely work with different departments for complicated cases
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned
  • Provide administrative support to store and warehouse on goods return
  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce
  • Fast-paced and willing to learn
