Our client, a start up company that promote cryptocurrency platforms for achieving better online transactions is looking for a Customer Service Representative. 

*Notes: 5days work, attractive package, Start up company, Wan Chai 

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full set of accounts while maintaining updated accounting records
  • Communicate with clients to follow up with their inquiries and requests
  • Explain clients about the service that company offers
  • Resolve problems for customers
  • Answer incoming calls and contact clients using emails
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts when needed

Requirements

  • Over 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role at cryptocurrency exchange or similar consumer facing industry such as online Forex or metal exchanges
  • Strong ability to understand technical concepts and problem solve
  • Passion for startups, software, cryptocurrency and Block chain technology
